1. What Launch & Relax does

Launch & Relax plans, writes, checks and publishes marketing content (social posts, emails, articles) for your business, inside rules you set. You can review, edit, skip, undo or pause anything at any time.

2. Free trial

Your first 14 days are free. We don't ask for a card to start. If you don't subscribe, the trial simply ends.

3. Prices and billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. The price you sign up with stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed on that plan.

If we ever change prices, it only applies to new subscriptions, or to you if you change plans.

4. Refunds

If you change your mind within the first 14 days of your first paid period, email us and we refund the full amount — even if you used the service, and without any fee.

After that, you can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

5. Your content and data

You own your content, your brand assets and everything we create for you. You give us permission to use them only to run your marketing.

We never use your content or data to train AI models, and we only use AI providers whose terms prohibit training on our API data.

When you cancel, you can export your content. We delete your workspace data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (such as invoices).

6. Autonomy, rules and responsibility

You decide how autonomous Launch & Relax is: your rules (budgets, discounts, topics, quiet hours) are enforced by fixed checks before anything is published. Anything outside them waits for your approval.

You remain responsible for your business claims, offers and the accounts you connect. We only state facts that appear on your website or that you give us, and we label AI-generated content where the law requires it.

Ad platforms and social networks bill and govern your accounts directly; we act within the permissions you grant and the spending caps you set.

7. Fair use

Don't use Launch & Relax for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful — including fake reviews, impersonation, spam, or content that breaks a platform's rules. We may pause publishing that puts you or others at risk, and we'll tell you why.

8. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service running, but platforms change and outages happen. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the issue. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
